  • How far are we from the beach?

    We are 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk.



  • Are there restaurants with-in walking distance?

    Yes, both casual and fine dining. The Beach Burger Shack and the Beachcomber are steps from the rooms. Other nearby resturaunts include Frenchys Saltwater Cafe, Coco's Crush Bar, Forlinis and more.

  • Are there any gluten free restaurant options near by?

  • Is there a grill?

    Our full outdoor kitchen features a gas grill, stovetop, sink and ample prep space. Enjoy music on our bluetooth speakers to set the vibe and relax in our comfy patio furniture. We ask that all guest clean up after themselves and dispose of any food items or trash. Quiet time is from 10pm-9am.

  • Are there laundry facilities?

    We offer laundry services. Drop your laundry off by 11am each day and it will be washed,dryed, folded and returned to you. Any dropped off after 11 am we cannot gurantee a same day return.

  • How close is Pier 60?

    We are 1 1/2 blocks from the infamous Pier 60.Please note the fishing portion of the Pier is not open yet due to the hurricane. 

  • What if we arrive after office hours?

    Whether you arrive during office hours or late at night our check-in procses is easy and quick:


    Option 1: Online Check-In


    You will receive an online check-in link in your email. Follow the steps to complete the check-in on the guest portal a few days prior to your check-in date. Once complete, you will receive a text and email with your keyless entry code and room number around 3pm on the day of check-in.


    Option 2: In-Person Kiosk Check-In


    Use the virtual check-in kiosk located outside the office, using your last name and confirmation number included in your email to access your reservation. The kiosk will not allow check-in before 4pm unless an early check-in has been approved. Once complete, you will receive a text and email with your keyless entry code and room number.


    Important Notes:


    • Please ensure we have both a valid phone number and email address on file. Without both, your check-in process may be delayed, as they are required to receive your check-in details on time.
    • Full payment is required at the time of check-in, and a credit card must be entered for your reservation charge and/or any incidentals or damages that may occur.
    • You will not receive your keyless entry code and room number until the check-in process is complete and the full payment has been collected. If you have questions about this process, please call us at 727-442-5100 during business hours prior to your check-in date.


  • Do we have to wait until 4 p.m. to check-in?

    Check-in is at 4pm. If you need early check-in or late check-out please contact us the day prior to see if the room is availble. We will try our best to accomodate you.  There is a $40 fee for early check-in and late check-out. 

  • Is there a pool?

    When available, from Clearwater Beach Aquatic & Recreation Center, we provide complimentary daily passes. This is off-site, seasonal, and subject to availabilty. Please contact (727) 462-6138 for information on hours and openings. 


    Please note this is located off-site and is not owned/operated by Blue Wave Suites. Passes are subject to the Clearwater Beach Pool availablity and policies. We cannot guarantee the availabilty. 

  • Is there a fitness center?

    We do offer complimentary daily passes to the off-site Clearwater Beach Aquatic & Recreation Center. Please contact (727) 462-6138 for information on hours and openings.

  • Is there beach gear?

    We offer complimentary beach gear for our guests, available in the beach gear room, including beach chairs, fluffy towels, umbrellas, small coolers, and beach carts. Guests receive a code on the suite’s information sheet for 24/7 access. Items are first-come, first-serve and must be returned clean to the beach gear room daily. Beach gear is only permitted for use on Clearwater Beach and must not be removed from the beach or taken off the island. Beach carts, chairs, and umbrellas are not allowed in walkways, inside rooms, or upstairs to ensure safety and room cleanliness. Please report any damaged gear to staff immediately for repairs. While we understand beach winds and ocean salt cause wear, damages due to neglect or misuse may incur a charge.



  • Parking Pass?

    Each suite includes one complimentary parking space for the duration of your stay. Only one space is available per suite, and additional vehicles must be parked off-premises at local paid parking spots. See the Clearwater Beach public parking map for options: Interactive Beach Parking Map on google. If you arrive after 4 PM, please email the make, model, and color of your vehicle to info@bluewavesuites.com. We will record it in our system, and your parking pass will be placed on the kitchen table in your suite upon official check-in the next day. Parking spaces accommodate standard cars, SUVs, and trucks only—no RVs, vehicles with trailers, or XL vehicles. Guests using public transport and renting a golf cart, e-bike, or similar may use the assigned parking space for that vehicle instead, but please notify staff in advance. Currently, parking spaces are unassigned. Additional parking is located at 451 Poinsettia Ave, and 452 E Shore. This is for 1 parking space per suite, not for additional vehicles under the same reservation. Our staff is happy to assist with finding additional parking if needed.



  • What if there is no parking space availale when I arrive?

    Additional parking is located at 451 Poinsettia Ave, and 452 E Shore Drive. 


    Be sure to display your parking pass in the dashboard. 


    1 parking space per suite.


    Guest are NOT authorized to tow vehicles from the parking lots. Unauthorized tows will be billed to the caller.

  • How do I check in?

    Check-in is very simple and can be done days/weeks in advance.


    Option 1: Check-in online through the guest portal link sent to your email. You can use any of the messages sent to you post booking to access this portal. Confirm all details, enter payment information (used for incidentals and required on every reservation).


    Option 2. Check-in at the kiosk located under the Tiki Hut next to the parking lot at the main building (440 E Shore Drive)


    Once one of the 2 options have been completed you and payment was successful, you will recieve a text and email with your room code.


    Any issues call 727-442-5100 and select option 5 


    If you have not received an email be sure to check your spam and junk folder. 

  • Why do I need to provide my email and phone number?

    We require an email that is checked regularly and a valid phone number that receives text messages for all reservatioins. We offer virtual check-in and our system needs this information to ensure you receive your guest portal email and important information for your arrival. The keyless entry code will be sent to your text and email. This will ensure a quick and smooth check-in process so you can get to your suite and start your vacay!

  • Is there a deposit?

    Each reservation requires a 20% deposit due a the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon check-in. The reservation will not be confirmed until payment is collected.

  • Is there an ice machine or filtered water?

    Located on the 2nd floor deck, we have a commercial ice machine and filtered water machine (sparkling water, cold/hot, flavored, fitlered water)
