We do our best to match your requested suite type, but we can no longer guarantee specific suite numbers.
- Floor level guaranteed for mobility/accessibility needs (please advise in advance).
- Premium suites stay premium unless urgent reallocation is required for other guests.
- Standard suites may be reassigned based on hotel needs and availability.
